  no, the installer will overwrite it...just make sure writer is closed.

  I had the previous one installed, so with installing this one, I have noticed an increase in performance. The performance is something I noticed in the previous versions.

  There's a pretty upsetting problem here:
  While WLW works great on Windows 2000, your extensions refuse to install on anything before Windows XP.
  
  Is there a particular technical reason that we Win2K users are being left behind, or is it something else?

  Xial: good point -- this is where i suck at installers :-) and must have checked an incorrect flag.
