i'm in seatte and walking downtown reminds me why i like metropolitan areas...the real ones. we passed by this street musician who was pretty good. i just like this type of culture everywhere...

"real ones" is so true. I lived in Portland, OR for 8 years. It was a big adjustment to come back to Phoenix where people seek out cookie cutter strip malls and franchise restaurants...and of course you can't walk to them, you have to drive.
