Some new Silverlight videos

Some new videos just got posted to the Silverlight community site.  Topics included:

As always, feedback and ideas are welcome.  Ben’s been leaving some great comments here on suggested topics and I’d love to see more.  I’ll be starting a new ‘series’ soon…more to come on that in a week’s time.

As a reminder, these videos are meant to help jump start some learning.  We try to keep them intermediate initially so they aren’t incredibly simple and aren’t incredibly difficult.  If we are missing the mark, I expect that you’ll leave comments on those videos that do so!

    This new'ish method of spreading knowledge through screencasts and videos are great and so appreciated.

    One set of screencasts I'm shocked I don't see people mentioning (maybe I haven't looked hard enough?) is Mike Taulty's screencasts. This guy is fantastic and no-fluff. He's got more than 50 screencasts of Silverlight alone - and a large collection of other screencasts that are good for developers.

    Anyhow, sorry for being off topic.

    Tim;

    I'm going to beg you to have a few videos on using Astoria and SL client with beta 2. The Astoria team don't have much info on the client side and there is a huge gap about doing full database application with SL.

    Could you PLEASE get us going with Astoria?

    Thanks!
    ..Ben

    @Albert: this means you have an older version of the Silverlight 2 runtime. If you upgrade to Beta 2 it should be fine.
